Concierge Service: Whether the client needs dinner reservations, golf tee times, concert tickets, or reservations for a weekend getaway we are always available to assist.
Secretarial Services: We will recieve calls on the clients behalf, book showings/meetings based on the calendar provided by the client, relay messages, recieve emails and faxes on behalf of the client, etc. We may also recieve mail for the client, including rent checks which we may deposit directly into the clients account of choice. Make calls for clients, schedule and/or confirm appointments, assist in scheduling and organizing parties/showings/open houses/etc...
Secretarial PLUS Services: This service includes everything in the Secretarial Services package. It also allows the company to manage your properties calendar to ensure that it is never overbooked, schedule cleaning for your property when guests leave (we have preferred companies or will book the cleaners specified by the owner), schedule regular and/or emergency maintenance for a property,
WebSite Design: WFRobinson Properties will work with owners to design a website for his/her property whether it is for sale, for lease, or available for nightly vacation rental. For the rental program we will work with the owner to create a PayPal account specifically for the nightly vacation rental of their property. This will allow vacationers to pay for their stay in advance when they reserve the clients property online.
Advertising: As we have been buying and selling properties for several years we have learned which forms of advertising are the most effective. We will work with clients to determine which forms of advertising would best suit the goals of the client. In addition to advertising properties we will also assist clients in advertising other items such as vehicles, personal items, garage sales, etc.
Personal Assitance: A nice addition to any of the services listed above is the Personal Assistance option. The personal assistance program allows for your WFRobinson Properties Representative(s) to assist you in a variety of non-professional settings. For example, if you are going out of town and need someone to feed your animals while you are gone, would like for someone to housesit while you are out of town, need assistance planning a wedding or birthday cake, take your dog to the vet or to get groomed, babysit or find/refer a good babysitter, pick your children up from school, etc... WFRobinson Properties and it's employees will never ingage or assist in any illegal activities and must never even be pursuaded to do so.
Escort service may be available to Platinum clients on a first come first serve basis. This service is merely an added benefit and is not gauranteed to be available at any time.
These are the current services that are being offered by WFRobinson Properties in addition to the real estate networking among our registered clients. These services are available for hire to any interested client and real estate is not a requirement for becoming a client. WFRobinson Properties will work with each client to choose the best Service package to suit their individual needs. If the client does not currently own or is not looking to buy real estate these services are still available to the client. If clients need assistance with something that is not listed above it is likely that our representatives will go out of their way to make life a little easier for our loyal clients.
