This company offers personal management services, advertising services, networking opportunities within the compound of our registered clients, and referal service. We will refer our clients to the appropriate legal firm(s) and/or to the product,program,or other resources that are available to them. We will arrange meetings for offers to be exchanged with a notary present to verify the acceptance or denial of any offer. WFRobinson Properties will not accept any deposits on behalf of it's clients unless it is for a property that is owned by the corporation. Our services are paid for at a flat rate based soley on the services selected. Our representatives may accept bonuses from happy clients, however, any funds exceeding the costs of the services performed should be given through the corporation in order to keep accurate records and prevent any allegations of wrong doing. While WFRobinson Properties will have at least one former licensed Real Estate Agent the company will never employ any active real estate agents. Our representatives are specialists and while one specialist is assigned to each registered client our entire team will always work together in order to generate the best possible outcomes for our clients. We do not discourage our clients from working with real estate agents, however, an agent is not necessary to buy or sale a home. If a client would like to work with a licensed real estate agent we can refer reputable agents in your area.
