WFRobinson Properties has explored the benefits of nightly vacation rentals. Whether it is a condominium at a popular ski resort or a cottage on the lake, vacationers are constantly looking for unique lodging accomodations. While WFRobinson Properties has many properties that will be available for the nightly rentals program, property owners may register their properties for the vactional rental program as well. Properties on the vacation rentals program will be evaluated prior to being placed on the program and must meet a set of requrements which will be provided to interested parties prior to the initial evaluation. Homes will be classifed in one of the three Accomodation levels: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. A property must meet and maintain a minimal set of standards in order to be eligilble for our Vacation Rentals Program. Once a property has met the minimal eligibility requirements then it will be classified according to the ammentities that it offers. Homeowners with properties in our vacation rentals program are responsible for checking their guests in, keeping the property stocked with basic necessities (such as beds, linens, etc), and having their property cleaned after each guest checks out. By registering the property with WFRobinson Properties and registering for the personal management services offered by the company the owner may assign the company to one or all of the necessary tasks related to their property rental. We will work with homeowners and provide a Vacation Rental website for your specific property. The site will allow individuals to make reservations and pay for their stay in advance through the paypal account that we will help you set up for your property rental. As the homeowners personal management team the company may provide the keys to your guests, schedule cleanings, schedule regular and/or emergency maintenance, and act as the concierge for your guests for the duration of their stay. Again, we are not a property management company or a real estate company and so there is never any commissions to pay. Our clients pay for the services they choose. These services range from advertising, personal management, website design, etc. No matter how much our clients profit through our vacation rentals program they are never required to pay anything more than the flat rate prices of the services  they choose.
